Michael is an accredited master builder from the Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta. Michael understands that building in the Luxury market requires a strong focus on the details. He strives to ensure that the details are meticulously perfected and are truly custom and unique to every home. The details of every home are customized to meet the individual desires of each homeowner. Michael is always pushing the boundaries and focusing on creative ways to ensure the “WOW” factor is achieved in every home.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Dan has over 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Since graduating Construction Engineering at NAIT he has worked as an estimator, site superintendent and construction manager. Before joining Pavone Homes he successfully owned and operated a custom home and renovation company for over 10 years. Dan prides himself on building quality homes that are smart and efficient, staying up to date with continued education in building codes, energy efficient building and new building materials and methods.
